

The Tactical Athlete
A group dedicated to the tactical athlete. Those are men and women with the physical ability, endurance and strength to perform military and first responder functional movements such as sprinting/running, rucking with heavy weight for distance, swimming, climbing obstacles in full battle rattle, jumping, and equipment or casualty carry to name a few.
Also combatives aka H2H combat is a big part of surviving on the street and in a combat zone. Fighting will tax your endurance system like nothing else.
